Hello Cheryl, thank you for supporting our brand, Creatine Enjoyer Apparel. Unfortunately, due to our inbox being filled with messages during the holiday rush, we seem to have missed your email. I would like to apologize for late reply. I see that you had an issue with receiving your package. You placed an order on December 10, 2025. And we were able to ship the package by December 19, 2025. Usually, it takes us at least 5 to 7 days to ship an item and it seems that we weren't able to avoid a delay. It took us 9 days to get your package shipped. And it seems that it took 24 whole days for the package to arrive at your address on Jan 12, 2026. I can most definitely understand your frustration. But we have zero control over shipping speeds once we hand over the package to the mailing service. Asendia is pretty notorious for having long shipment times in my experience. We hope you understand why it took so long for the package to arrive especially because we had to ship the package internationally from Miami Florida USA to Ottawa Canada. Nonetheless I understand your frustration having to wait so long and not getting any feedback from us in time.
